How do I enable Focus Shield?

Open FOWO → Focus Shield → grant Accessibility permission and Usage Access, then toggle the shield ON.

How do I add apps to block?

Tap "Add App" in Focus Shield and select the apps you want to block. Free users can block one app. Pro users can block unlimited apps.

What is Emergency Access?

Emergency Access lets you temporarily bypass a block. It requires a cooldown period and a hold-to-confirm action — enough friction to prevent impulse unlocking, not enough to trap you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FOWO → Cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Blocking runs entirely on your device. No screen content or app usage data is sent to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
