Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FOWO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

Description of Service

FOWO provides Mission Mode (goals, daily targets, and Commitment interventions), app blocking functionality ("Focus Shield"), and a Focus Timer to help users reduce distractions and manage screen time.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your device configuration and settings
• You understand that Mission Commitment and Focus Shield block apps you configure
• Emergency Access provides a friction-gated way to bypass blocks when needed

Subscriptions

FOWO Pro is available as a subscription through Google Play and may include a free trial where eligible (as determined by Google Play). After any trial, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.

Limitation of Liability

FOWO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including missed notifications or blocked access to apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
